XR was very very patient and responsive to our queries during preparation - even going the extra mile of meeting up and helping us streamline our really tight itinerary before our big day.

In terms of professionalism, we like the fact that XR thinks ahead and were able to capture the rawest and truest moments on our big day (of course with nice background which we didn’t realise!), and the final video were exactly what we envisioned it to be. The video gained several praises from our relatives and friends.

His pleasant and easy going personality made it a breeze to work with him. He seeks to listen first and never impose his ideas to us, something I truly enjoy and appreciate.

Engaging 1st journal was our 2nd best choice (other than bridal). Like all couples doing planning, we were on a tight budget and 1st journal was not our 1st choice when comes to AD services.
