As a young boy, I saw my father shoot on VHS tapes for wedding couples in the 1980’s. The complex machines ,the sound mixers and pre-amps, I didn’t understand any of it then.
Now and then I would have a compact camera for special days to capture them precious moments in life but it’s been kept very casual. Photography and videography didn’t didn’t become serious until later in life, when I saw news of a “entry” level DSLR camera.
It was breaking news in the early 2000’s and the merging of photography with digital technology , it was so sexy. Something sparked in me and started a fire. I am just glad that it is has been lit for the past 10 over years and still going strong.
